Gustav Grooved Channel Ring

The Gustav Grooved Channel Ring is broad, rounded and full of light. The band is domed rather than flat, more than 10 mm across, and a channel runs through its centre holding ten round brilliant lab grown diamonds set shoulder to shoulder. On either side of the channel a thin groove is cut into the polish, a detail that sharpens the line of stones without adding a single extra stone.

The ten rounds were matched for colour and size in Surat, where fifty years of diamond polishing have taught Luminique that consistency is what makes a row look expensive. They total 1.5 carat of laboratory-grown diamonds, graded VVS-VS clarity and D-E-F colour and certified by IGI and SGL. The band is cast in BIS hallmarked 9k, 14k or 18k gold in yellow, rose or white finishes, with room inside for a twelve character engraving.

It is a wedding band for a man with a large hand, or a statement for one who likes his ring to carry weight. Wear it on its own with a wide bracelet watch and a plain shirt.
