We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original, unworn condition.

• Security tag intact and unremoved.

• Accompanied by the original invoice and related certificates.

Refund
Once the returned item passes our Quality Assurance review, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or engraved jewellery.

• Items that show signs of wear, resizing, or third-party modification.
