Delivery Timelines

Insurance
Your order is fully insured until it is delivered to you. If a package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Contact us immediately.

Unboxing Video Requirement
A continuous unboxing video, recorded from the moment the seal is broken through to full product inspection, is required to process any claim for damage or missing items. Claims submitted without this video cannot be processed.

International Shipping
We ship globally. A flat international shipping fee applies at checkout. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
