Complimentary Ring Resizing We want your Luminique rings to fit perfectly. We offer one complimentary resizing for standard ring designs within 30 days of delivery.

• Exclusions: Please note that certain designs, such as full eternity bands, rings with tension settings, or heavily engraved pieces, cannot be resized without compromising the structural integrity of the jewellery. These items must be exchanged (within the 7-day return window) or remanufactured.

• Subsequent Resizes: Any resizing requested after the initial 30-day window, or any secondary resizing requests, will incur a nominal fee based on the complexity of the alteration and any additional gold required.

Repairs & Lifetime Warranty Integration As stated in our Authenticity & Warranty policy, all Luminique pieces carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Standard Repairs: For damage caused by accidental trauma, normal wear and tear, or the loss of a gemstone, we offer comprehensive repair services. These repairs are charged strictly at actuals, covering only the cost of the required labour, metal, and replacement Laboratory-grown diamonds or gemstones.

• Complimentary Maintenance: We encourage you to utilise your complimentary annual professional cleaning and prong-tightening service to prevent stone loss and maintain your jewellery’s brilliance.

Third-Party Alterations To protect the integrity of your Luminique jewellery, all resizes, repairs, and maintenance must be performed by our in-house master craftsmen. Any signs of wear, resizing, or modification performed by an outside or third-party jeweller will immediately void your Lifetime Warranty, Exchange & Buyback eligibility, and your 7-Day Return eligibility.
