Order Modifications & Cancellations We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. As such, our cancellation windows depend on the type of item ordered:

• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock jewellery can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item is dispatched (typically within 24 hours of order placement).

• Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items: Because the crafting process for custom pieces begins immediately, cancellations or modifications for these items must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested after this 24-hour window cannot be accepted, as the piece will already be in production.

Post-Dispatch Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners (Sequel/BVC), it cannot be cancelled. Upon receiving the delivery, standard in-stock items will then be subject to our standard 7-Day Return Policy.

Refund Processing for Cancellations Approved cancellations will be processed immediately. A full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
