Saskia Marquise Leaf Necklace

The Saskia Marquise Leaf Necklace is asymmetric on purpose. Two strands of graduated round lab grown diamonds run around the neck, one inside the other, and from the left shoulder a branch breaks away. That branch is set with 92 marquise cut lab grown gemstones arranged as leaves along a diamond stem, fanning into three sprays that cross the collarbone.

Fifty years of Surat diamond craft shaped the two strands, whose 87 rounds graduate from 0.03 carat at the clasp to more than 0.8 carat at the front, 29.87 carat of laboratory-grown diamonds in total, graded VVS-VS clarity and D-E-F colour and certified by IGI and SGL. The marquise gemstones weigh 72.96 carat together and were matched in five sizes so the leaves taper toward each tip. The necklace measures about 151 mm across and 210 mm deep, with a lobster clasp, and is made in BIS hallmarked 14k or 18k white gold.

Choose the gemstone: Amethyst Purple, Citrine Yellow, Emerald Green, Ruby Red, Sapphire Blue or Sapphire Pink. Wear it with one shoulder bare and no earrings. It is a bridal statement or a fiftieth anniversary necklace.
